Which states do you install in?
Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida. Our office is in Hudson, MA.
Do you install yourselves?
Yes. Our install crews have been on our own payroll since 2022, with a MA Home Improvement Contractor, a Construction Supervisor, and a Master Electrician on staff. We don't hand your customer to a subcontractor.
What can I sell?
The whole house: heat pumps and HVAC, roofing, insulation and air sealing, windows and doors, siding, solar, solar pergolas and carports, batteries and generators, EV charging, electrical, and smart home. Eleven services, one installer.
Do I have to go through the DreamTeam?
Yes — that's how selling with us works now. Whether you join as a rep, bring a small team, or run a dealership under the DreamTeam name, you're on the DreamTeam platform and Team Sunshine is the installer behind you.
Can my existing team stay together?
Yes. Bring your team onto the DreamTeam and compete on the leaderboard as a team; you keep your identity inside the platform and build on our install engine.
How does pay work?
You earn commission on every product you sell into a household, not just the first one. The specifics — when you're paid, how adders work, what's included — are laid out at JoinDRTM.com.
Do you provide leads?
The DreamTeam is built around people who sell; Team Sunshine brings the install, the tools, and the service. What the platform provides in training, support, and lead flow is spelled out at JoinDRTM.com.
